Our staff is committed to providing the highest level of patient care.  We strive to provide outstanding care to each of our patients because we want every patient’s orthodontic experience to be an enjoyable one.

Alice Badi

Our receptionist, Alice, has been with the practice for over 12 years.  She is friendly, helpful, and reliable and enjoys getting to know the patients and their families.  Alice is the first contact with our office and is happy to assist you in scheduling your orthodontic appointments.

Alice grew up in San Francisco and lives with her family just a few blocks from the practice.  She volunteers at the local high school in her spare time where she served as President of the P.T.A. and was recently named the Parent of the Year.

Esperanza Jacuinde

“Espi” has been a dental assistant for over ten years and has worked with us for over six years.  She enjoys helping our patients towards a great smile and working with their families.  She feels that a big part of her job is to “explain and answer any questions our patients may have to ease their treatment process.   As a mother myself, I know how important it is to feel comfortable with who is treating your child.  Having worked with special needs clients and children of all ages, I am confident in providing the highest level of patient care and look forward to working with you and your family”!  Espi is fluent in Spanish.

Luisa Luo Lim

Luisa is our other dental assistant.  She grew up in Panama and graduated from the University of California at Davis with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.  She received her training from the City College of San Francisco Dental Assisting program, was personally recommended to our practice by the Program Director, and is an R.D.A. (registered dental assistant).   Luisa is enthusiastic and loves working with children.  She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish.  She enjoys hiking, jogging, opera, musicals, and trying out different restaurants.
